New on Java Realms: Just the two of us

Niclas: Divinity’s End, oh what a journey it has been. 25 levels to adventure through while fighting mythical bosses, crafting otherworldly trinkets, and making a final stand against a big baddie at the end. Thankfully, I am not alone in this journey, and together we shall be victo… Hang on, where's Oskar!? We're supposed to save the world together!

Oskar: Oh hey, I’m just admiring the beautiful lobby detail! Did you know that there were, like, 25 people who made all these levels? No, I did not get tripped up by the Olympian Shell zombies in the first level. I'll be with you in a minute! 

KITCHEN BURNOUT

Oskar: Cooking together is the best way to make your daily quest for nutritional intake fun, but that’s if you’re cooking for yourself or for a small selection of food-deserving friends. Scaling up the process to a long line of pesky villagers with particular culinary requests banging on your door would make this a rough ordeal. However, if there’s one example of "workplace stress" being fun while it’s gamified, this map is it! 
 
Niclas: And if we throw some Minecraft into the mix, we end up with some extra spicy cooking challenges! If you ever wanted to use an elytra to grab a sushi ingredient, now’s your chance! And you know that annoying top shelf that is always so hard to reach in your kitchen? Let’s use some parkouring tricks to get up there! Combine it all with some trident-throwing, bow-aiming, and some general Minecraft hecticness, and you’ll get yourself the incredible map of Kitchen Burnout! Just remember to turn off the stove when you’re done.

DIVEBOLT

Niclas: Ah, Divebolt. A capture-the-point-pvp mini-game that takes place on platforms where players can equip elytras and pick different classes. And let me tell you – nothing beats the joyous feeling of flying around these platforms, picking off your opponents from afar with the Sniper class’s one-shot abilities (I found my favorite class very early on in this map). It is such a great laugh to play with or against your friends and co-workers. Don’t you agree, Oskar?

Oskar: Yeah, this one is... nice. The thing with mini-games like these is, you don’t really need to keep score to have fun, you can just mess about, and if someone ends up with more points than the other, it shouldn’t be *the* point you know? Games are a social construct, and you should really see it as a co-op experience where all players collaborate to make it the most fun for everyone, instead of picking Sniper an overpowered class that totally should be nerfed, so the person you call your friend and are playing against doesn’t get completely steamrolled.
