Exercise. Ex-err-cise. This is a new word I’ve learned during my latest health checkup, and I gotta say, I don’t like it! I don’t even jog my memory, and the last time I engaged in bodybuilding was when I created my Minecraft skin. I don’t celebrate Leg Day, and I refuse to learn what this holiday is about. Thankfully, our latest release features a slew of maps that require hefty feats of athleticism to complete, so I’ve decided to take care of all my new workout needs within Minecraft! (Editor’s note: please do not replace playing Minecraft with actual physical activity in terms of exercise!)

New on Java Realms: The new workout plan
A 9 map full cardio regimen to get you in shape!
"Project Run" is not the fancy name I’ve chosen for my calendar invites to my morning workouts, but rather, a Minecraft map! 30+ esteemed mapmakers have come together under one banner to create this massive obstacle course with parkour, archery, minecart rides – and even a movie shoot! All for the utilitarian cause to whip the width of Minecraft players into shape (it’s probably squarish)!
PARKOUR COUNTRY

Let’s keep running – we can’t stop here, it’s Parkour Country! Now, don’t jump (eheh?) to any conclusions about what this map is about! While acrobatic maneuvers are a mainstay of the action here, your training will also consist of combat, side questing, aggressive trading, and alignment of self-serving villagers on this multi-chapter adventure to get your emeralds back from those pesky pillagers! Anything to get you out of the house, am I right?

Now, if I may address my doctor directly, I would say that to expect me to start working out would be like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. But this saying doesn’t really make sense if you’re coming from the realm of video games that have a strong aversion to spherical shapes. A better replacement could be “don’t try to fit colored cubes into the holes with non-matching colors, nor into striped zones, as they then will disappear while utilizing the gravity controls within the cube to sort the assorted blocks out”. That’s also what Cube Champions is about!
