    BI-MONTHLY BUILD CHALLENGE: OLYMPIC STADIUM!

    It’s time for another bi-monthly build challenge, and the category is Olympic Stadium! I loved watching the big games in Tokyo this year, so much that I wanted to keep it going just a little longer with this build challenge.

    The challenge theme asked participants to build a stadium of a decent size by themselves, and to include the Olympic Torch. It was also very much encouraged to have fun.

    1st place (Gold): SkyBlue2929

    The scope, size, and detail of this submission from SkyBlue2929 is impressive. You can see the Olympic Rings as a pattern in the stands, jets flying above in V formation, and a track even I would want to take a lap around – although no guarantees I’d be able to keep up!

    2nd place (Silver): aelonelo

    Check out this gorgeous stadium from aelonelo! When seeing this for the first time, it  really does take your breath away. The details on the exterior of the stadium are just the beginning as there is the surprisingly detailed appearance of crowds in the stadium! It looks so realistic I had to take a second glance.  

    3rd place (Bronze): astros

    This submission by astros gave us something unique with the night sky, bit of city skyline in the background, and gorgeous lighting that really caught our eye. The subtle glow inside the stadium looks really warm and inviting.
