New blocks to discover

  • Poplar Trees

    Poplar trees give the dappled forest its warm and inviting atmosphere. Chop down poplar trees to get poplar wood – a new block that you can craft into a full set.

  • Red Shrub

    This vibrant bush grows in the dappled forest but keeps its red coloring even if placed in another biome – making it perfect to decorate with.

  • Shelf Mushrooms

    This spore can be used for more than decor – like boosts when parkouring or ingredients in a stew! Feed a small shelf mushroom bonemeal for it to grow into a large one.

The abandoned camp is a mysterious new structure you can find in dappled forests and other biomes. An empty tent and a campfire are the only signs of life. If you don't count the loot left behind... Will you take comfort in its shelter or be too busy wondering who abandoned it?

Cushions

Find a cushion in an abandoned camp or craft one using 3 wool slabs of the same color. Turn them into cushy chairs, modern sectionals, or anything the furniture designer in you can dream up!

Straw bed

Find or craft a straw bed using 3 hay bales, sleep through the night, and you’ll wake up when the horrors are gone. Just remember – straw beds are consumable and they won’t reset your spawn point!

Expanded concrete block set

Step up your building game with two concrete additions: stairs and slabs! Craft them using concrete blocks in any of the 16 colors. To get concrete, simply place concrete powder blocks by water and they become solid.
