I don’t care how long you get stuck in customs and passport control; there’s no way it'll take you more than 80 days to travel around the world if you do it by airplane! Being a man of effectiveness, I will begin my journey around the globe with Winged; a mini-game where you pick between three spiffy airplanes and one helicopter to engage in some friendly dogfighting in the unfriendly skies. Hope these planes got business class!

MINIGAME: MUMMIES & MEMORY

My first destination is Egypt, a country rich with tradition, dating all the way back to... Ancient Egypt – go figure! Modern historians have long pondered the meanings of the hieroglyphics found on the monuments here. Not to burst anyone’s bubble – they were just using these to play Memory! How do I know this? Well, in Mummies & Memory, your job is to memorize a set of hieroglyphics which will appear for a brief moment before you have to replicate them yourself.  Additionally, the lobby has a real tricky parkour challenge as well, and to double the wager, I bet you can’t beat me in that one either, Phileas Fogg!

MINIGAME: SUMO SMACKDOWN

Next stop: Japan! Sumo wrestling is a tried-and-true sport originating from Japan, where you’re meant to fill a center island with the blocks of your corresponding color, while knocking the other contestants into a void by slapping them with salmons! Source of truth: this little minigame called Sumo Smackdown! Hate to break it to you Phil’, but with some extra time on the clock I’ll be taking an onset visit and hitting up the ramen place as this is now officially over. Oskar: 1 – fictional characters: 0.
