Sometimes in life it’s necessary to go back to your roots. For us, this meant checking in on the very first bi-weekly build challenge theme. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it was for a nice, serene garden that could have features such as beautiful greenery, footpaths, benches, fountains, and more. We are now 81 build challenges in on the Official Minecraft Discord (including this one) so with spring upon us, it only seemed fitting that we give a nod to the past while also looking into the future.
For this challenge, participants were asked to build a lovely garden. The build needed to be of a decent size and participants were required to work alone.
So, which one had us tiptoeing through the tulips? Find out below!
1st place: ChomChom
ChomChom’s submission took “Back to the Roots” literally, giving us Jurassic realness: complete with a dinosaur skull and everything. The sheer amount of detail in this one is truly a sight to behold, and one where we recommend zooming in as much as possible to truly grasp the time and effort that went into it. Just wow!
