Is it just me, or does it feel like this year has been at least three years long? It may have looked like a year has passed on the calendar, but really, it was three years in a trench coat cackling and trying to sneak into some ultra-exclusive event. Speaking of events and a year passing (and maybe my worst segue of all time), it’s nearly the anniversary of the Minecraft Dungeons release! To celebrate the occasion, we’re throwing an in-game Anniversary Event where YOU are the one who gets the birthday presents. No need to rent the giant trench coat and fight about which friend has to be the legs. Everyone’s invited to this party!
Starting on May 26 and running to June 8, this Anniversary Event has seasonal trials that will allow you to collect special in-game rewards! I don’t want to spoil anything, but there’s an armor set that really takes the cake. The fact that there’s also an event-exclusive cape is just the icing on top! Of course, this is Minecraft Dungeons, so nothing comes easily – you’ll need to complete the seasonal trials to claim your prizes.
