The Summer Celebration returns

Two weeks of adventures start now!

The Summer Celebration* is back and with it the warm winds of adventure! Between July 2-16, you can try different ways of playing Minecraft – from the laid back to the action-packed – with deals and discounts at Minecraft Marketplace.

Snag a free world based on the Tricky Trials Update, chomp down on the PAC-MAN DLC* with a free Marketplace Pass trial, play through two epic starter packs, and take on new quests with up to 75% off Marketplace content. 

Whether you’re a fearless survivor, visionary creator, loyal multiplayer, or eager newbie, this will be a summer of trying new things and discovering your way to play.

First up: Survivor! 

Free adventure world: Trial Chamber Legends*

Adventurers gather round! This first chunk of the Summer Celebration is dedicated to you, and we kick off with a free world by Starfish Studios. This adventure map is based on the Tricky Trials Update that was added to Minecraft on June 13 and is filled with quests, puzzles, and challenges to help you conquer the new features.

Explore the dig site, learn to use wind charges, and enter the trial chamber: a four-level edifice brimming with secrets and surprises. And let’s not forget about our newest friend, the armadillo!

Summer sale at Minecraft Marketplace

Starting today, Minecraft Marketplace will have a big sale at 33% off across a lot of the catalog. Start your own mining empire with new machines in Advanced Mining, move into the pink petal-strewn village with your corgi in My Life in Sakura Shores, or become an escape artist as a captive in Survival but the World Expands.

On top of that, you also have the doorbusters! Every day between July 2-16, two new content packs will be discounted at 75% off for 24 hours. That means you can set out on wondrous quests, discover magical realms, face mighty villains, take on daring feats, and pet cute new mobs – and all for a lot less.
