Minecraft 26.1 Release Candidate 3

Today we are shipping Release Candidate 3 for 26.1, addressing a bug in the Ender Dragon fight and fixing a crash.

Fixed bugs in 26.1 Release Candidate 3

• MC-306989 - The ender dragon initiates its death animation as soon as it dies, no matter how close to the exit portal it is

Get the Release Candidate

Release Candidates are available for Minecraft: Java Edition. To install the Release Candidate, open up the Minecraft Launcher and enable snapshots in the "Installations" tab.

Testing versions can corrupt your world, so please backup and/or run them in a different folder from your main worlds.
