Explorers, glampers, and eager scouts – we’re officially Wilderness Bound! In other words, our third game drop of 2026 now available to play for free* in both Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and Minecraft: Java Edition! 

Pack your straw beds, cushions, and camping supplies and set off on an expedition into the dappled forest, where the trails end and adventure begins. Seek out abandoned camps, build outposts among the poplar trees, and discover new ways to craft, explore, and thrive in the great outdoors. And remember, mishaps make great campfire stories! 

The wilderness has humbled many explorers before us, but our survival manual should help you along the way:
