The first thing I have to fight is boredom. Is there even a worse fate than being bored? Don’t answer that! Luckily, Om Nom – the little green creature from Cut the Rope – is here to take me on many adventures and mini-games, like Nom’s Parkour Challenge, Magic Spider Siege Defense, and the Candy Cauldron Cooking Challenge. This map also allows us to craft candy-themed tools, build or own puzzles, unlock more than 50 customizations, which you can play around with and create over 400 different Om Nom styles! Boredom = cured.

Okay, back to the task at hand. I know I could try shoveling snow or something, but aren't lasers better? Of course they are! And ULTIMATE BLASTERS comes with a whole lot of lasers. With over 250 to choose from (yes, you read that right), I’m sure I’ll find one suited for my icy issues. There are also armor sets to play around with, and more than 250 custom SFX sounds that will make my blaster sound even cooler than it looks, plus over 90 blocks, props, and machines. Take that, snow!

You know what happens when you melt snow with a laser, but it's still below zero degrees (that’s 32 degrees for you Fahrenheiters) outside? It re-freezes! Frustrating, but I’ve got a new plan, because if ONE item won’t do the trick, combining it with another might work. With the COMBINE ITEMS! add-on (smooth segue, I know) I'm able to combine anything with anything. Perhaps a block of TNT with something that blasts the snow away, but with a little extra flair? Or a vehicle with a sword (not sure if that helps with the snow, but it's cool). There are more than 200 new items to experiment with, including overpowered weapons and even more lasers. Let's get to work!

Add-on: PVP Add-On by GoE-Craft

Update: Neither lasers nor the power of combinations have worked so far. I've obviously underestimated this pesky snow. However, my new plan is to treat it like any other foe on a battlefield, and to do that I need new gear. Thankfully, the PVP add-on comes with everything I need to defeat my cold, cold nemesis. There are throwable swords, grappling hooks, and over 80 new potion variants that can cause anything from thunder to levitation. There's also legendary armor that will protect me from frostbites zombie attacks. To test my skills, I can craft myself some battle arenas, and dive headfirst into boss battles, or PvP bouts. There’s even damage and health indicators to keep an eye on so that enemies won’t get the upper hand!

Add-on: MODERN FURNITURE 2.0 Add-On by Lothiredon

You know what? I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever get out of this snowed-in house! Whatever! Staying inside is also nice, and I'm not giving up, I'm just choosing to relish my house. This is the perfect opportunity to upgrade my humble abode with some new, modern furniture! With more than 700 pieces of furniture – like stylish sofas and sleek fridges, soothing plants and even an electric piano – I can spruce up my home however I want. I think I'm going with a purple armchair, a minimalistic bunkbed, and some bar stools. That'll make everything look sophisticated and smart, and it'll for sure take my mind off the snow outside.

I've reached a point where I simply must attack the snow head-on. No more lasers, no more experimental combos, or other distractions.

Julius’ log, final update: So, apparently, my front door opens inwards, and not outwards (silly ol' me, forgetting stuff like that, or did I do that on purpose? Am I really a hermit in disguise?) So yeah, I'm not snowed in. My bad, false alarm! There is no need for you to send supplies. Still, it was quite an ordeal – for real!
