The Wild Update is here

Hey. What are you doing? Why are you on Minecraft.net when you could be at sea in a boat with a chest? Or hiding from the warden in the deep dark? Personally, I’m late for an appointment with a frog in the Nether so I really don’t have time for this. 

That’s right, The Wild Update is finally here! If you haven’t already, you can download it for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch,  iOS,  Android, and Windows – and Minecraft: Java Edition on Windows,  macOS, and Linux. On Windows, you can even play both editions, because Java & Bedrock for PC is out today! There are even two free character creator items out for Bedrock Edition, so with everything happening today we really don’t have any time to waste. 

Once you install the update, your game will now feature two new biomes – the deep dark and mangrove swamps – four new mobs – the warden, the allay, frogs, and tadpoles – and blocks galore, including sculk, mangrove wood, and mud!
