New on Realms: The Heights of Mapmaking

Scaling the mountain in Over the Top might be the most difficult parkour map that has ever reached Java Realms! Do not fret, along the way you have your own Tenzing Norgay to guide you – everyone’s favorite talking monkey Banana, whom I assume has a great proficiency in consuming potassium-high fruits. Along the way to the top, you will need to master powder block placing, piston block timing, and explosions estimation to catapult yourself upwards and claim superiority over your less cool land-confined friends! Multiple difficulty settings are available for your preference, but anyone who can make it to the top of this map has a leg up on a certain knighted alpinist who’s never even attempted it!

Come to think of it, with all the frequent tourism and people attempting to repeat the feat, Mount Everest has become a bit blasé nowadays. It’s not about the fact that you’ve climbed it, it’s how, and that is equally true for parkour! Dimension Dash has six different courses to challenge your jumping skills, so make sure you’ve beaten them all, so you got something cool to brag about when you get to Everest’s peak!

PIZZA TIME!

Speaking of... toppings – pizza anyone? Any alpinist worth their rocky salt knows that provisions are critical for any expedition, and that it’s pivotal to plan accordingly that any peak considered for conquering requires at least a couple of pizzerias throughout the planned route of ascension. Pizza Time! is a minigame where you get the joy of preparing these meals for would-be mountain climbers, unlocking new toppings as the complexity and deliciousness increases! I bet I could eat way more pizzas than Edmund Hillary, and if that isn’t the truth then my name isn’t Oskar Tomatosaucethysell.
