BREAKING NEWS! The Sophie mystery has finally been solved! Authorities are still piecing together what happened, but here’s what we know so far:
Investigators were following numerous alarms of creaking-sightings outside the pale garden, when they finally located Sophie. Although she appeared to be unharmed, she was wearing what looked like a creaking heart. This was later identified as a new Character Creator item tied to the latest rewarded achievement, but how Sophie obtained this shirt remains unclear for now.
New rewarded achievement: Heart Transplanter
Upon interrogation, Sophie revealed her master plan had been to bring a creaking heart back to the office. Unfortunately, she was a little too zealous in her attempts to mine it – and ended up destroying it instead. “I was devastated until I realized that I had gained the recipe for the block! After crafting another creaking heart block, I placed it between two log blocks and got this Creaking Heart Shirt. The block really is so pretty, so I’ve spent the rest of the week adding it to as many biomes as I could!”
It has since been confirmed that placing the creaking heart block gave Sophie the new rewarded achievement named: ‘Heart Transplanter’. Experts have yet to establish a causal link between this and the recent uptick in creakings, and therefore urge the public to attempt this at home so they can gather more data. In return, those successful can claim the new Character Creator item from the Dressing Room.
