Minecraft Live 2021: Where, When, Why & Wow

Everything you need for this year’s show!

We are just one day away from Minecraft Live and you know what that means! In just a few hours, we will know if they let me show my face on camera. I know that this is the true question burning in all your hearts, but since I cannot shed any light on it at this moment, I will provide the answers that I do have.

Where?

Last year’s digital event was such a smash, we decided to do it all over again! The only twist is that instead of the entire world watching it from the comfort of their own homes, they are all coming round to yours! No, I jest. Everyone will watch on their own devices, and just like last year, the show will air on Minecraft.net/live, YouTube, and Twitch. Just like no previous year, Xbox will also be streaming the show on their TikTok channel

When?

Members from our amazing community will warm us all up with a pre-show starting at 11:30 EDT, and the main show starts at noon EDT. You may be asking yourself “What does EDT stand for?” and to this I say that it stands for lots of stuff, for example Earl Darjeeling Tea. It’s a special blend of mine that is too sophisticated for everyone else’s tastebuds. In this case, however, it is a time zone. Since I just brewed myself a big cup of EDT, I am energized enough to provide you with both a map and a list of different times around the world so you don’t need to look it up yourself!

What kind of a question is that? Next.

I am fresh out of answers and I need to start prepping to get away with a camera get camera ready. I am going to hand it over to Vu and Laura, so they can sum up all the vital information for you one more time.

Got it? Got it. I will see you all tomorrow at the biggest party of the year!
